Recomendations

Dear Young Learner, Dear Parent

We are grateful for you visit and hope you enjoy and learn through the activities of the present vocabulary. Before you star looking through the pages and post of this blog, we'd like you to know about its structure and its contet, so it will be more confortable for you to browse through the pages and exercises.



  1. It has 4 pages, the fisrt one is called the home page, and it has relevant information about the authors and description of the activities, therefore it's a good idea to read the post that are in it to get to know better the onjectives and purposes of the activities.
  2. The remaining pages will deal with the picture dictionaries set in topics. The topic will be display on the top of the home page, then it would be easier for you to navegate through the pages.
  3. Each page has 3 picture dictionaries, just clik on them and the gadget automatically will open.
  4. Audio has been set below each picture dictionary so you will listen and look at the images at the same time.
  5. The vocabulary present or cosolidate will be consulted as many times as required playing the rool of an alternative tool for autonomous learning.
  6. After reviewing the vocabulary, visitors can use the links on the right, they have an "excercise" label and are set in order as the topic for the picture dictionaries. Just by clicking on them they will redirect you to the activities and excercies. HAVE FUN !!! You can answer them as many times as you want.

General Objective


A student-centred approach or flexible learning is the main theory that supports this blog. Young Learners and parents will have the opportunity to contruct their own knowledge base on their current learning experiences. 

The topics this blog embrases are every-day vocabulary, and visitors will learn any topic as their current needs araise. Therefore the activities and excercises will provide a full skill approach, where capacities will thrive.

Young Learners and parents will take advantage of the present picture dictionary, is beautifullly illustrated, fun to use, and is designed to present and consolidate basic vocabulary. It can be used both in class as supplementary material for young learners or begginers and at home as a self study kit.

Exercices

After going through the vocabulary topics, we have disigned some interactive exercices for you and any adult, who is interested in testing their knowlege. This interactive quizzes are set in the same order as the vocabulary books, therefore any time the user wishes to review any topic would be able to do it as many times as neccesary.

Presentation

School asigments usually can get parents in a predicament, as the mayority of them do not master a second language, in specific English. Therefore, one of the aims of this blog is to give a chance (children as well as parents) to practice sets of every day vocabury. Furthermore engage in the adventure of learning a second language. The activities have been designe in an interactive fully audio-visual context, thus activities should provide a wide range of variety for kids and adults to enjoy and experience exciting learning experiences.
